using a standard Web Browser and it is company policy to prepare Specific
Quality Plans for all contracts.

Operative Effectiveness
The company has an ongoing
programme to improve the productivity of operatives on site and find
the following measures most effective in achieving this objective. Its work
force is directly employed, with the exception of items of work which are
sublet, and consists of JIB graded electricians who have been with the
company for a number of years and whose work has been found to be
satisfactory. The company does not use self employed operatives, and
encourages clean, tidy, well organised sites.
Good facilities are a great benefit in motivating the workforce. The working
of excessive hours is discouraged, but high productivity is achieved by
operating a production bonus which encourages 100% effort for good rewards,
without the deterioration of standards which are the consequence of long
working hours. |
