Computer Aided Drawing\Design
The CAD Office is made up of a number of directly employed people who have long service with Phoenix and many years experience of working within the construction industry. Phoenix hire agency and self employed CAD technicians on an as and when needed basis and occasionally accept work experience applications from students.
When required CAD Technicians are based on project sites, how many depends on the size and the time scales involved to complete the project.
CAD technician´s responsibilities cover co-ordination of building services, the drawing in 2D/3D and issuing of working drawings through to record drawings. Disciplines include electrical, mechanical, data, fire alarm and security. All CAD technicians hold valid CSCS cards and are fully conversant with online document management systems such as BIW, Aconex, Asite, Project+ etc. |
