| Phoenix is working with ISG to fit out this new building in Canary Wharf. The 15-storey structure clad in high-efficiency, solar-control glass and architectural metal and features a full-height atrium space. The fit-out works includes adaptions to the 4 basement levels, fit out of levels Ground to 14, including the main and pocket atria. Specialist lighting installations on Level Ground, 5, 13th and 14th Floors as well as work within the 15th Floor roof plant room. This is a challenging project incorporating the client´s environmental objectives and delivering an installation of the highest quality. |

| Install two new Kitchen Sub-mains Panels on levels B-2 and L4 serving the Kitchens, Pantry´s and ‘Grab and Go’ areas. |
| 2No IT Rooms on Level 7 each served by a primary and secondary PDU´s |
| 2 No DVD Rooms on Level 2 and 2No on Level 12. |
| Electrical Supplies to MCC Panels on Levels 1-13. |
| New Panel Boards to serve MCC on B-2 and Ground Floor also Level 13 and 14. |
| Existing Distribution boards to be fitted out with MCB´s. |
| Cable Tray for re-fridgerant pipework to be installed at B–1 and Roof Level. |
