The project was a 1 million square foot office development consisting of 4 levels of basement and 44 storeys above ground.
The original occupancy by Citibank was 10 floors with an associated design however, shortly after commencement Citibank took the whole building and a complete redesign was required. The installation of the shell and core services consisted of sub stations to basement level, 15th floor and 44th floor all interlinked by 11KV services provided by ourselves. |

| These activities summarily consisted of :- |
 | Busbar installation from basement levels to roof level of 2500 amps to 5000 amps |
| These busbars interlinked sub stations at all levels, UPS network and rotary diesel generators |
| 11KV supply cables and containment throughout the building to all sub station |
| Main and sub main cable to all mechanical plant and interlinking ATS units |
| Full lighting installation throughout the landlord areas including mechanical power, related BMS works |

| Specialist lighting to high level signage at the roof level including aircraft warning lights for London City Airport. |
