| The project involves the installation of mechanical and electrical services relating to the construction of new south wing extension of the existing college on levels 2 and 3, the refurbishment of areas on levels 2, 3 and 4, a new build rotunda from ground to level 4, roof areas and the construction of an arts and dance studios on the lower ground floor and lower ground floor mezzanine floors. |
