We carried out the following activities:- |

Package Substation with sub-mains cabling to 3 main internal risers |

Essential and Non Essential rising bus-bar systems where provided within two of the risers. Each riser consisted of essential and non essential LV distribution boards at each floor |

Modular wiring installation of the lighting was installed allowing future flexability for changing retail needs |
|
Lighting control for security and general where provided by contactors which provided central switching to the store |
|
A fully addressable Fire alarm installation with interfaces for automatic shutdown and controls of lifts, main plant and kitchen equipment |
|
A Public Address system was installed throughout the store for distribution of music |
|
Self contained emergency lighting battery packs where installed to meet the M3 requirements |
|
CCTV was provided to cover the store utilising PTZ cameras to a central security room at third floor |
|
Underfloor power was installed within screed to tills and unitary with additional lighting to wall mounted display unitary added via the modular wiring system |
|
An Intruder Alarm was installed throughout the store with facility for remote central control |
|
Roof mounted generator was provided to provide essential coverage to essential circuits and dedicated plant |

Roof Plant:
- Roof Path way lighting and power.
- Bulk Electrical Supplies to chiller units and air handling plant |
|
Restaurant: - Architectural lighting to suite featured ceilings and bulkheads |
|
Externally: - External lighting to colonnade and external facade |
