| The project was a Shell & Core office development installation consisting, Basement, Lower Ground Basement, Ground Level, Levels 1 to 10 and Roof plant level, with the complete building having a central open atrium either side of the central core which is further surrounded by 4 cores, one located at each corner of the building. |
