Phoenix is carrying out the base build and CAT A fit out to 5 Hanover Square for Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan. The building is made up of six commercial floors fitted out to CAT A, four apartments and one duplex apartment, basement, roof and ground floor including the provision for up to six retail units. This includes new LV switch panels, photovoltaic system which will supply additional green energy to the apartments.
The Ground floor will be fitted out with a reception area to a high specification finish.
The scope also included all sub mains, rising bus bars and a Prolojik lighting control system. |
