Phoenix has undertaken the complete electrical fit out for K & L Gates at the One New Change Building adjacent to St Pauls Cathedral. K & L Gates initially occupy more than 100,000 square feet of high specification offices over two floors levels 4 & 5. The installation includes for specialist lighting throughout, under floor power and desk electric´s, CER & SER´s including UPS back up, Fire Alarms and Security Installation.
Nearly all of the initial lawyer space in the new offices is located on Level 5. Level 4 generally consists of conference rooms, and a 180-seat multipurpose room under a large, oval-shaped skylight on the building´s cascading western edge and some general office space. |
