Phoenix carried out the CAT B fit out to 5 Merchant Square for Marks & Spencers. The fit out consisted of ground floor reception, staff entrance and CAT B fit out of floors 1 to 7.
The 1st floor area was fitted out as a new reception, meeting rooms and support pantry.
The 2nd floor area was fitted out with general office space, a restaurant, servery and kitchen to a high specification finish.
Level 3 – 7 were fitted out as general office area, tea and break out points, data wiring closets complete with integral rack mounted UPS´s |
