| Working with Sir Robert McAlpines Ltd, Phoenix is involved in the redevelopment of an area of Regent Street in London where the Regent Palace Hotel once stood. The grade II listed facades have been retained and once cleaned and repaired will complement the new seven floors of office space, ground floor shops and nine residential units. |
