HV Modifications to existing basebuild installation including the installation of New HV cabling to a New transformer to serve S110/TX/05 within suite 110. Including Inter tripping cabling and containment for the future S120 suite. |

Installation of New RPP and STS switches within Suite 110 to suit the new underfloor power installation. |
|
Complete data suite underfloor power installation consisting of commando sockets and containment to suit the tenant´s cabinet layout. |
|
Additional Sub main cabling to the new down flow units and Air Handling units. |
|
Upgrade and modifications to the existing fire alarm and water mist installation to accommodate the tenants cabinet layouts. |
|
Complete HSSD installation throughout the data hall. |
|
Modifications and additions to the lighting, power and fire alarms within the tenant office space and build room. |
|
Installation of external bulk fuel storage tank and double skinned pipework to the existing 3no LV generators. |

Modifications to the existing package plantroom to accommodate the revised layout for the existing pumps with modifications to the external chilled water pipework. |

Installation of two new down flow units to suit the revised cooling requirements for the data suite. |

Modification to the chilled water pipework within the data suite to take into account various changes to the system including the addition of the down flow units. |
|
Installation of 3 new AHU units associated Extract Fans and reconfiguration of the existing system to accommodate the new units to suit the new data hall installation and transformer room. |

Modifications to the office cooling installation to suit the revised tenant office space. |
