 Fit out works existing building located on the River Thames. A new IT Infrastructure will be installed including Package Substations, UPS System, PDU´s including Fire & Gas Suppression Systems, Smoke Extract Systems.
The building will be monitored from a third party BMS system however the building switchgear will be monitored and controlled by a SCADA system which will also allow interrogation of the Intelligent meters.
The lighting control is based on the DALI system with DALI controllers being plugged directly to the Building services systems via CAT 6 cabling to enable complete control from any location subject to authorization.
Riverbank House will be fitted out in various forms as described below;
The Basement Tenant areas include, Staff Showers, Catering Staff changing facilities and Showers, Engineers workshop and Tenant Plant.
The ground floor includes the Reception area X–ray room, Post room, Auditorium, Staff Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen and Loading Bay.
Levels 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5 shall have a Category A fit–out
The 6th floor comprises open plan and cellular office accommodation, Post room,Reprographics room.
The 7th floor comprises open plan and cellular office accommodation, training room and UPS Plant room and CER room.
The 8th floor is the executive office area comprising open and cellular office accommodation and the Executive area.
The 9th floor comprises the executive reception area, business centre, executive dining rooms, Executive kitchen, boardroom and meeting rooms. |
