Phoenix provide 4-year modern apprenticeships to enable young people to join the electrical industry.
We actively support them with day or block release, to enable them to attend college and obtain an NVQ Level 3.
Phoenix operate the apprenticeship scheme in conjunction with the training provider JTL, who review and monitor our apprentices´ progress.
We retain a high percentage of our successful apprentices and offer them a career path. A number of our Directors completed apprenticeships with Phoenix.
